Unable To Pair An Additional Phone

Just got a Blackberry Storm, and cannot figure out how to pair it to my 09 es350...;

Following the instructions in the manual -

1. Press the Info button

2. press "telephone" on screen

3. press "settings" on screen

4. The screen display the settings for the phone already paired, but the"Add Phone" button referred to in other posts and the instructions is nowhere on the screen.

I'm sure this is a simple thing to do, but the Nav Quick Start guide seems to have the wrong instructions listed.

Is your 1st paired phone turned off, so it isn't making a bluetooh connection?
