2000 Gs300 Throttle Problem

Hi im new here and I dont know allot about my car so ill explain and hopefully you guys can help.

Well I have a 2000 GS300 and I decided to change the sparkplugs my self so I took apart the throttle body and all sensors going to it, changed the plugs and put everything back togeather, (well I thought I did) I forgot to put the botom screw conecting the throttle body to the intake manifold and I started it up and the car would bog out and shut off on me so I started it again and accelerated it to keep it on but it would gon to about 5000rpm and drop to about 1000rpm repeatedly so I decided to shut it of then I realysed I forgot the last throttle body screw and I put it back and it started up and ideld perfect but now wen I hit the gas peddal it will only accelerate wen im at 90%+ throttle, I took the throttle body off and I noticed that the throttle barelly starts moving wen the throttle cable is almost 90% pulled and some lights came on that werent on before like VSC or something like that and something else along with the check engine light and wen I put it in to reverse or back to drive it feel really harsh. I have tried to fix it but I cant so Im asking enyone here that knows whats going on for help. Thanks in advance.

You're in limp home mode. It happens when the actual throttle position and the expected position do not agree. Try disconnecting the negative battery cable for about ten minutes. If that does not fix it, you'll have to hook up a scan tool and clear the codes as well as check that there are no recurring codes. If there are, you'll have to diagnose the cause from there.
