cdog818
So, I've looked at the owners manual, and there seems to be two ways to adjust the steering wheel position. But neither one seems to apply to my own car. I have a 2008, IS 250. And, I can't seem to locate anything that looks like what the owner's manual is telling me. Can you guys help my out? Thanks.. smooth1
Do you have the electronic or manual adjustment? electronic adjustment has a small squarish toggle button on the side of the steering column under the turn signal stalk. The manual adjustments are under the culumn and "hide away" flush with the surface. You may need to stick your head under the steering wheel to get a visual of what your hand is feeling for. It's a bit further back than what you might expect.
IS250_rookie
the manual andustment thing is a bit off center... but if you've ever had one, you know what you're looking for.
cdog818
Thanks guys. I'm going to go out to my car and check it right now. I believe I have a manual adjustment. There is this thing covered in plastic that feels like a lever under the steering wheel. Maybe it's that. (I hope)
