How Do I Adjust My Steering Wheel?

Thanks guys. I'm going to go out to my car and check it right now. I believe I have a manual adjustment. There is this thing covered in plastic that feels like a lever under the steering wheel. Maybe it's that. (I hope) -
So, I've looked at the owners manual, and there seems to be two ways to adjust the steering wheel position. But neither one seems to apply to my own car. I have a 2008, IS 250. And, I can't seem to locate anything that looks like what the owner's manual is telling me. Can you guys help my out? Thanks..

Thank you everyone for your answers. This really helped me out a lot. So I will change the oil every 5,000 miles from now on. By the way, I am soooo happy with my new lexus (purchased in July 2008). It's my first ever lexus and I could not have been happier. The IS 250 is a great car! -

Hey friends.. I have a 2008, IS 250, and just completed my 5000 mile complimentary service at the dealership. There they changed my oil for the first time. My question is, now how often shall I change the oil? Shall I change it every 3000 miles like a normal car, or just wait until my 10,000 mile service. I know, I know...probably every 3,000 miles now. But still i want to know what you guys think? Thanks.. -

Hi. I just bought a brand new IS 250 last week. And I am in love!! The car is perfect. But, I have yet to figure out how to press "pause" on a CD. I can mute a track, and i can skip, fast-forward, and rewind a track that is playing, but I don't see the button to pause it. Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
