Skizz
Hi all, I used to have a '95 525i BMW but just got into an accident and it has put me in the market for a new car. I stumbled across a 2000 SC 300 with 97000 miles on it. Great condition, great interior, and having my mechanic check it out on Monday. Current ask is $8900, sound plausible? Really like the car, wondering what kind of life I can expect out of her as well as maintenance problems being its approaching 100k mark. Thoughts / comments appreciated. Thanks. Skizz
Any thoughts?
Cwallbball10
The cars Blue Book is much higher than $8900. I believe the car looks almost 100% identical to the 97, 98, and 99 models. So, I wouldn't get too excited that the car is a 2000. Hopefully, you can find out the brake problem.
grnsc40095
Skizz, That sounds good, but go to Kelly Blue Book www.kbb.com to make sure. Skizz
Yea, I noticed the Blue Book was quite a bit higher. He originally quoted me around 9,700 but said he would dip into the 8's. Getting inspected on Monday . . . so I'll have a better idea of what I'm looking at. Thanks for insight. S. Skizz, That sounds good, but go to Kelly Blue Book www.kbb.com to make sure.
