You can push on front of hood on either left or right side. It should recover by going up and then maybe a little up and down motion but not bouncy up and down. Do this on all 4 corners. Also, inspect each shock for any signs of leakage of fluid. You could also go by mileage. Around 50,000 sometimes is recommended, and it will improve your ride, but depending on your finances you may be able to go alot longer.

if your asking...........u probably need a new one! do a rebound test as described above but what makes you think u need a new shock?

When we change lane on the freeway (freeway speed) the car not stable.

The car has 83000 miles on it.

we? maybe thats the problem more than one of you are driving? nah just kidding i would also suggest upgrading your sway bar bushings, and check the other bushings. sounds like you need shocks though. car really bumpy....or does it "float" like a boat......up and down,up and down?
