Replacing Suspension, Reasonable Price?

Hey guys, my '04 GS300 is having some suspension problems.. at low speeds i hear creaking and what seems like grinding noises, when i went to have it checked at the body shop i got an estimate of $600 to replace them.. does this sound like a reasonable price? or should i get a second opinion. Thanks in advance!
