kade714
This seller says he knows the 1st owner of this car. The 1st owner was in an accident - the rear Driver-side door was hit and replaced by the Dealer. It was sent to the auction by the Dealer, where it was purchased by this person. I'm just trying to see if anything sounds fishy or suspect about this car or seller. I have a carfax and autocheck on the vehicle which says, accident 4/2006, auction 7/2006, new owner 11/2006. Clean title. The seller says the door didn't have to be replaced, but his friend demanded his insurance to replace the door. Then the friend, or Dealer?, tried to auction the car. Then this person bought it. I'm going to go look at it, but anything about this story sound strange to you?
Will B.
Just my personal insight, if you have ANY doubts at all, don't buy it. You'll only drive yourself mad thinking about it every time any little thing happens.
eatingupblacktop
Get the name of the dealer, then ask dealer for a report on the accident repair. That should either confirm the story or not.
