DCFISH if your still giving info on the nav system, I am hoping to receive the info. I have an 06GS300 WITHOUT THE FACTORY NAV. I would really just like to add the DVD feature so I can watch DVD'S, however if I have to add the entire Nav system I am willing to do that.

Looking for a replacement touch screen for my 2006 IS350 NAV system. Everything is working. You just cant touch anything on the screen so it makes it kinda useless. Thank you for any help!

The factory nav system in my 09 RX350 is substantially inferior to my portable Garmin unit of about the same age. The Garmin is easier to use and read, and is more reliable. The factory system has failed numerous times.

For a couple of hundred bucks, plus or minus, you can have a simple, readable, reliable system, with better prompts that you switch among cars. I would not waste time trying to adapt the factory unit.
