The temperature was fine and so was the tranismission temperature. San Diego CA and it was about 68 degrees wih some overcast. I did turn my air completely off for the first time in probably 8 weeks-My vehicle occured the problem shortly after I turned the air off-A/C was NOT on but I haven't turned the vents off since long before Thanksgiving. I did not go over redline on purpose-I'm just saying this is what happened..it would go past the redline. SD stands for San Diego!

I was on the freeway yesterday and my 2006 Lexus GS 300 RWD (all stock) would only kick into 4th gear on the freeway after reving to about 4500 RPM (minimum). It also kept going past the redline if I really punched it. After approx. 5-7 minutes everything went back to normal-No lights came on or anything like that. Any idea what this might be? I've never had any problems (minus TPMS Sensors) with my GS300 and this was all surprising.

I AM STILL SEARCHING FOR THESE..I AM STILL UNABLE TO FIND AT PRICES AROUND $200 FOR THE KIT AS I HAVE SEEN MANY ON HERE DO. ANYONE HAVE ANY FOR SELL FOR A 2006 LEXUS GS300 RWD? ALSO DOES IT MATTER IF I GET PART # 42607-30021 OR DO I HAVE TO USE THE ORIGINAL TPMS LIKE LEXUS ADVISED ME WHICH IS PART # 42607-30030? THANKS FOR THE ADVICE.

I WAS WONDERING IF PART # 42607 33021 IS INTERCHANGABLE WITH PART # 42607 30030. I SEE 33021 EVERYWHERE FOR A GOOD PRICE BUT CANT LOCATE 30030 AS EASILY. My vehicle was made in June 2006 and I was advised by Lexus that ONLY PART # 4260730030 WILL WORK. Thoughts, advice? Can I use 4260733021 to get that tpms light off in my car?

Hello, Does anyone know a good place online to find OEM TPMS sensors (part # 4260730030) I am also looking for the item that attaches them to the rim which is called the TPMS Valve...??? Anyone know where I can get 4 of em? Anyone know of any good prices from dealerships to install by chance? I've got prices from $210-$430 for installation. Any info is appreciated. Thanks! Add: My dealer has em for $112 a piece with the valve kit included. I have been looking online and cant find em for much cheaper.

Never. I was advised that it wasbuilt during the "transition phase." I just wanna know if this is common or if anyone has ever heard of this? If so please advise as to if I should get a Transmission FLUSH or just a Transmission DRAIN & FILL? If it was the 06 Transmission I was just gonna get a drain and fill because I understand they are "sealed." Are the 05 transmissions "sealed" as well?

I was at the Lexus dealership recently and I inquired as to a reccomendation on a transmission flush, or just a drain and fill... I was told that I have a 2006 Lexus GS300 with the 2005 transmission... Has anyone ever heard of this??? Would you reccomend a transmission flush or a drain and fill on the 05 transmission??? It was last flushed 30 thousand miles ago. Any info is appreciated! Happy New Year!

I was at the Lexus dealership recently and I inquired as to a reccomendation on a transmission flush, or just a drain and fill... I was advised that a flush is necessary because the 06 GS300 that I own is equipped with the transmission used in the 2005 models. Has anyone ever heard of this??? Would you reccomend a transmission flush or a drain and fill??? It was last flushed 30 thousand miles ago. Any info is appreciated! Happy New Year!

DCFISH if your still giving info on the nav system, I am hoping to receive the info. I have an 06GS300 WITHOUT THE FACTORY NAV. I would really just like to add the DVD feature so I can watch DVD'S, however if I have to add the entire Nav system I am willing to do that. Can you email me any info you have to JAMESSOUZA22@YAHOO.COM when you get a chance. I really do appreciate any info you have and I do want to buy soon. James Souza jamessouza22@yahoo.com
