A guy in my office has a Navigator and it has AC on the seats. It’s more of an air movement system using a fan that pumps air into the seat through the holes in the leather.

I'm pretty sure that Cadillac has something similar.

No, at this point I think it's only a GM thing

The GX does not have ventilated seats, but the new LX has it as well as the whole Lexus sedan line. I would think the next gen. of GX will have it as an option.

The new BMW X5 have ventilated seats. AC/Heat. Pretty neat. Most of the MB have them too I believe.

The ES330 has ventilated seats as well.
