1994 Gs300 Weird Rear Passinger Side Window Problem

My 1994 GS300 rear passenger side window is not working, so I took the door panel of and found that the cable was broken, I bought a new regulator and motor and install them,however, I am face with a problem where my window will roll down fine, but when I tried rolling it up it will not go up nor will the motor make any sound. I took it out and tested it by attacking a cable to the battery and touched the attachment and it moves up and down freely but when I connect it back to the car it will only go down but not up. I checked the fuse boxes and could not find any fuse that said "window". Is there something I am missing? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a relay. I am not sure where it would be. I would reverse the leads on the motor so that up is down and down is up. Just to make sure you dont have a mechanical issue.
