Exhaust?!?

I'm planning to put an exhaust system by magnaflow with a x pipe. I was wondering if you take out all three resonator if it will pass smog or no. From what I see it sounds clean if you take out the resonator. The cost for taking out the resonator and putting x pipe with magna flow exhaust is 350 including labor. I hear people say x pipe is better than H pipe is that true. Just wondering...

i just got the cat taken out in the middle and ran dual str8 pipes to the flow master mufflers. i still have the resonators and believe me its loud enough its actually too loud and it raddles alot but it does sound bad !Removed! when u floor it

most LS400's have 3 cats and 2 mufflers. Do a search i made a huge thread with pics on this subject.

ive heard of removing the resonators but i wouldnt more than likely the check engine light will come on because that's where the O2 sensors are and i dont think the car will run without them.
