Engine Bogging Down

Help

My engine on 92 ls 400 is bogging down seriously. It will reach about 25 miles ph. no excelleration whatsoever and at the same time it blows the bottom line off of the egr valve. where might the blockage be. please,please can some one help me.

When I was doing some research about the catalytic converters, a couple people said that could be a symptom of one (or both) of them being clogged up. Don't know much about them, maybe someone else here can confirm if that really is the problem.

Blake918 had this on his 95' when he bought it. If I recall, he just revved it and drove it at high rpm's until whatever it was, broke loose. It was in his cat's as well. Might want to send him a PM about it...

Thanks for the advice. But there one thing i failed to mention is that my cats are less than a year old. however i will recheck them you never know.
