What Did You Paid For Your Timing Belt/water Pump Work?

Hello,

I am about to get my timing belt and water pump replace on 2000 RX300 with 108K miles on it.

If you live in San Francisco bay area how much did you pay at a Toyota Dealer or Lexus dealer? If you can give recommendation, that would be nice.

The lowest quote I got was for close to a $900 at a Toyota dealer.

I don't live in San Fran but I'm sure the Toyota dealer is several hundred dollars cheaper. I just dropped mine off for the timing belt & water pump and they quoted $7xx which I thought was a good deal considering they are highly certified in doing this and I have read that Lexus charges anywhere from $900 - 1500

Magnussens toyota in Sacramento did it for $510 in this area, that was timing belt and waterpump.....
