Can it be done oem/clean???

Need help (please) to purchase/integrate a Toyota/Lexus Nav/Bluetooth (IPod capability is also needed) system (if possible) into my car - 2003 Lexus ES300...

Can this be done? Currently has just the 6-Disc In-Dash Changer and casette...

I have the same wish ... if someone knows a reasonable way to do this. I makes much more sense than the aftermarket (messy) alternatives.
