I took mine to Lexus dealrship and they told me it has to be sent out to be fixed which would cost me $800.00. So of course I just installed a regulat CD player and then I found a local guy that fixes radios and TV's and he looked at it. Turned out the motor in the CD changer was bad and needed to be replaced which cost me $50.00 so try to find somebody locally to fix it for you. I think if you go to a local Audio store they might be able to reffer you to somebody. I fixed mine but it doesn't have MP3 so I just left the regular one in.
