How To Remove Front Bumper

Hi everyone, this is the first topic I open here

I have a 98 GS300

I had some scratch and damage on the headlight, right now I need to replace it.

But after I took a look inside the hood, seens it can't be done without the bumper remove

I have been looking around trying to find instruction about it, any suggestion or photo I can have?
