Cd Changer

My cds skip every time i hit a bump or even pebble in the road it seems. Is there anything i can do to make it play better. it was less frequent when i bought the car. i'm very close to just getting something newer anyway, maybe an in dash lcd screen, but until i decide on that, does anyone have a suggestion on how to stop this. its terribly annoying.

#1 check to see if the mounting bolts are loose. Run a cd cleaning disc a couple of times then try again. Good Luck

It could be that parts inside the changer are loosening up.
