Lx470 Navigation Replacement Front Passenger Seat

Does anyone know the best way to remove the navigation system to swap out a newly purached navigation system off of EBay? Can you take out the passenger front seat? I am having a hard time getting my hands under the seat for removal. Thanks for the help.

Are you replacing a stock nav ? Or aftermarket ?

What was wrong with the original ?

Bad disk reader, the laser like in a DVD player is not working. Both the Lexus Dealership and Toyota dealership said the NAV ECU is not working and they wanted $1600.00 to repalce it. NAV screen said "no nav disk detected"
