mr shiny
What's up, you guys. I just bought a 1999 GS 400 with 81k yesterday. Drove it home from Dallas and it floats like a dream. Best car I've had to drive by far. I've been meaning to check this site out a bit more, and after my first full day of ownership I already have a question. As I pulled in for the evening, I noticed a good amount of water rolling out from under the engine, far back, like almost under the dash on the passenger side. It being 70 degrees, I did have the climate control on (mostly just to see how it works), but this seems excessive, especially seeing as though it was on pretty low (or high, as AC goes- 75 or so). Is this normal, have I blown something out already, or what? Keep in mind, I bought the car from, as best I could tell, a very reputable dealer and had it checked out independently as well. This is making me very nervous, as I'm not very knowledgeable about cars, and I'm also pretty broke after the down payment. What do you think? Thanks ahead of time. I searched and could not find anything to give a definitive enough answer.

mr shiny
hey thanks. and I hope you're right, it's just that it was a lot of water, maybe 1/3 cup. I've never seen that much, but then again my A/C has never had the same power.
