1998 Gs300/gs400 Service Manual Download Problem

I've been trying to download portions of the 1998 GS300/GS400 owner manual from the pinned posting and am getting the following error: "Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available."

I am logged in and still no go. I also searched the forum for any similar problems and did not find anything.

Can anyone help, please? Thanks!
