Lacebug Sydney Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 Hey guys I just purchased some 10w-30 mobil 1 synth oil for my 2000 es300 ready for its 50,000 mile service tomorrow. It cost me $80 Australian (which is about $70 USD) for the five litre container. Is it that expensive Stateside??? Cheers Stephen
godfather18 Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 gee weez its no more than $30 here. $20 at wal-mart
SW03ES Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 No, MUCH cheaper here. The Lexus dealer charges $20 a quart for it, but they're crazy. No more than $5.30 a quart here.
Toysrme Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 Petrolium products are priced like this, Third world contry -> USA -> Rest of the world Yeah, it's about $18-30usd on average depending on if you get synthetic, or EP 15,000miles.
