Melo Posted August 20, 2003 Share Posted August 20, 2003 The New 2004 Lexus GS Could this be the new GS? According to Autofiend it is. It's Japan's New Toyota Aristo, set for release in Spring '04. This Japanese version of the Lexus GS comes equipped with a V6, 3.5 liter engine with 280hp @ 6400 rpm, and 238 lb-ft @ 4000. But America's version, The Lexus GS 330, has a V6, 3.3 liter engine, and is rumored to come equipped with AWD. For the more sporty version, The GS 500, it's said to hold a 5.0 liter, V8. mrsebastian Posted August 22, 2003 Share Posted August 22, 2003 i dunno, it's always hard to get a real feel from these kinda drawings. it does have some basic design principles and lines of the current model. if it's the actual thing, i like it overall. not to sure about the grill/driving light integration and i'd like to see what the rear will look like. i will of course reserve judgement for the real thing.
