What's Changing For The 2008?

Hi~

I just got a phone call from the dealer that the he is not getting anymore 2007 RX350 and all the incoming ones are pre-sold. And the new 2008 are coming this February.

What kind of upgrades are the new 2008 getting?

If my local dealership gets a 2007 RX350 somehow, should I jump on that ($3500 discount) or rather get the 2008?

Chrome handles like the ES

Optional 7 spoke 18 wheel

2 New colors Desert Sage replaces Black Forest

Brandy wine replaces Neptune

You will get the Black birds eye maple wood with the grey leather

and a VSC cutoff switch

Early rumors involved getting a third row seat which may mean a larger wheelbase. Hopefully the new DFI V6 and a variable displacement ATF pump (as a final fix for the 99 shift pattern change/revision) will be in the mix also.

I rather doubt we will see a VSC cutoff but a "trac" off capability is highly likely.

Anymore information regarding the size of 2008 RX350? If this is true, I would definetely hold out for a 2008, assuming they will actually be on lots in February 2007.....

Better start looking now as I believe most of the 2007s have all made their way to the lots ...
