Good Error Code Reader

Does anyone know of a good Diagnostic /Error code reader? I just spent 500 at the Lexo dealer to replace the o2 sensor 1 Bank1.

car is outta warranty and I am going to get into this...

So if anyone knows where I can get this and a good shop manual...

most auto stores do code checking for free.

eBay is the cheapest to get a simple one.

If you're going to spend 700 on a scan-tool, you might as well buy a used Snap-On mt2500 scanner.

once you buy that you can open up your own lexus / toyota repair shop

If you just want to get the error code. There's one from Costco and they do work in all my car, (Lexus, Honda and Toyota). CodeKey OBD II code reader, it's under $40.
