OneHotLexus Posted August 16, 2003 Share Posted August 16, 2003 This is the third time it's happened, I have gone over a speed bump that I didn't know was there to fast and my ingine check light has come on again. I didn't go over it really fast, just a few mph faster than I should have. The previous 2 times this has happened my check light has gone off after a few days(this time it is not off yet and it's day 2), but I still want to know what the deal is. I have gone over more speed bumps and dips to try to knock whatever i knocked loose back into place, but it hasn't worked this time around. Any idea what is wrong? Has something just slipped out of place, or is it just a false alarm and my check light just came on because the ride got a little rough there for a second or two?
