olegf
ES300, 98, 87K. "Check engine" light is on. I checked the gas tank cap, it's tight. Car runs good. My mechanic read error code - PO135 "HO2S Heater Circut Malfunction, Bank 1 Sensor 1". It's $160 sensor + labor. I wander if readings on non-Lexus equipment can be trusted, or I need to go to Lexus dealer for diagnostics? Thanks.

steviej
see my reply to this post in your other thread. I can't help wonder if this recent failure was related to your recent throttle body cleaning. sj
Raptor 22
Check the resistance between pins on the heating element of the sensor (pins 1 & 2 I think). At aft bank, near firewall, disconnect sensor and read there, I believe resistance should be between 6 and 11 ohms. I currently have same issue with the wife's, plan on changing tomorrow. I had same code and have open circuit.
