MingF Posted August 2, 2006 Share Posted August 2, 2006 Heyguys.. Earlier today i used the Cd player in my 02 ES300 and it worked fine. Later in the afternoon the Cd player would not play or even eject the cds...and displays ERROR 3 on the screen. I have a 6 Cd changer built in directly into the dash with the Mark Levinson stereo system...(not in the glove compartment or in the trunk). I don't know if it's the extremely hot weather has damaged the cd player mechanisms inside it, .cuz the past 3 days, the weather has been extremely hot and the car has been left out in the sun. I read the manual and it said that the cd player may not work in really hot weather conditions. So i drove my car and parked it in the garage in my house, away from the heat...and it still doesnt work?? All 6 Cds wont' play or eject out. The radio works fine tho. Does anyone else have this problem ?? If so, how did u fix it so ur'e Cd player works again? Any suggestions help.... Thanks.. Jay Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ferraribuysell Posted December 1, 2006 Share Posted December 1, 2006 I have the same problem in my LS430. The cd changer wont work at all. Cost $500 to exchange at dealer. RIPOFF.
