Most definitly, my buddy of mine has a 07 TL and its doesnt compare to the ES350 in material quality and smoothness. The TL has a sporty ride to it and definitly weights alot less so thats why its seems to be faster. But the ES (executive sedan) was not designed to be a speed car. SW03ES Posted May 25, 2006 Share Posted May 25, 2006 Actually I just drove a new ES today and I found it a lot sportier than the current car while still being really quiet and smooth. Its just not as much of a "pig". The GS and IS are a lot sportier though, especially the IS. Although, to be honest, I don't know why you'd spend the $10k more for a GS300 over an ES350 unless you absolutely had to have RWD/AWD.
