jules92
hey guys, im changing my rear disks on my ES300. i have removed the caliper but now the disk won't come off. it doesn't seem like anything is holding it in place other than from the inside of the disk. in my hanes book, it says to insert a screwdriver into the hole next to one of the 5 bolts coming out of the hub and to move a gear inside downwards and that sould release it??? i've tried and no luck...any ideas?? thanks. steviej
a couple of whacks with a rubber mallet sometimes does the trick. surface rust can sometimes make is stick to the hub. steviej
