Is full of corrosion. Thank you for information. I had a look at my 92 and there was a cover there, I am doing maintenance next weekend so I will pull it off and have a look. lenore Posted April 8, 2006 Share Posted April 8, 2006 Looks like some battery acid got to that part. hope it is not a diagnostics port. I would unhook the battery before cleaning. A Plastic brush, maybe a tooth brush with DE Ox would work great. The DEox is available at some electronics stores.
