jim_darci Posted March 15, 2006 Share Posted March 15, 2006 Hey all, Recently my O/D light has started to flash. It isn't affecting the cars normal driving. I am not bogging down or anything like that. I have no Check Engine Light. Just the O/D light flashing. I read previous posts on here that said it usually is related to the Torque Converter or something tranny related. Well here is where the question comes in. Toyota dealer in my area said that he has never seen that problem on these cars and that it is actually the speed sensors. Is this an accurate diagnosis. If it is, are the speed sensors something I can replace or are they something that requires the tranny to be dropped to be replaced. Any help is greatly appreciated.
