Connecting An Mp3 Player To The Mark Levinson

I'm about to buy the mp3 adapter from Vais Tech. Has anyone done this with the Levinson sound system? How hard was it to get to the back of the system?

There was a thread reporting success with the VAIS posted by Preiner 09-30-05 but it did not specify whether it was with the Levinson system.
