Need Help: Can I Put 245/45/18 On My Car?

I have a 1996 GS and I was wondering will 245/45/18 fit on my car without rubbing of should I stay with 245/40/18? The wheels are 18 X 8. Enkei Aegis. Thanks!

i'm running 20s with 235/45/20 and they dont rub at all on my 06 GS. i dont see why those tires would rub at all...
