sjc6765 Posted October 31, 2005 Share Posted October 31, 2005 When I take my foot off of the gas on my '93 sc300, it feels like the transmision is slowing the car down. It has an automatic transmision, and it used to just coast when I took my foot off of the gas, now it feels like I have a manual and just downshifted. Has anybody experienced this? jzz30 Posted October 31, 2005 Share Posted October 31, 2005 check if the ECT is on PWR this happened to me once on a friends and that was the case becasue i think that the PWR function keeps the trans in a lower gear. also it might be that over drive is off, but more likely the ECT is on PWR Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
