i think for "directionals" they are illegal in most/all states. blue DRL's and headlights are perfectly fine as long as they illuminate the road.

Blue like in the pic in question. You'll see some high color temp HID's but not blue blue, like blue parking lights or even blue LED washer nozzles. LOL
