I also have a '97 ES300 and couldn't figure out why I couldn't set the memory (or recall it). chillaxin Posted July 11, 2003 Share Posted July 11, 2003 it could be that the circuit just shorted out. i know that happened to a friend's car because water happened to get inside those buttons or something. i don't know how much it cost him to replace it though.
