Trans Cooler

I have a '95 SC400, and i noticed that on the drivers side grill (by the foglight) inside there is some type of tube and fin cooling device like a small radiator type unit. Does anybody know what this is? Is it a trans cooler of some sort? The car is all stock no prior mods to me owning it.

I want to get a Dragon Torque Converter and considering a trans cooler. If this is a trans cooler from the factory, is it sufficient to cool the Dragon?

THE TRANSMISSION COOLER IS INTEGRATED INTO THE BOTTOM OF THE RADIATOR.

I reckon it's the power steering pump cooler.
