spuds Posted May 18, 2005 Posted May 18, 2005 IS300 215hp Automatic MPG is 18 city 24 hwy Infinity G35 280hp Auto MPH is 19 city 26 hwy First and foremost I am a Lexus buyer. However, with these numbers with cars that are priced almost exactly the same, its kind of hard not to go with the Infinity. Im patiently waiting for the next generation IS, and I hope that Toyota/Lexus is benchmarking the new version against the G35, or else they have already lost. Has anyone heard any numbers on horsepower and mpg for the new IS250? (Sorry I put an M35 in the topic, it should say G35)

At these prices are you really concerned with gas mileage? :cries:
bartkat Posted May 18, 2005 Posted May 18, 2005 The G35 should be compared to the IS350, engine size wise. Both right at 300 HP.
JCE102JZGE Posted January 16, 2006 Posted January 16, 2006 they went from an inline 6 to a v6. people said to make more hp. but as far as seeing a supra run with over 1300 hp sometimes im wondering what the v6 will do. i wanna drop a 2jz-gte in my car. its already got the 2jz-ge so its not that big of a deal until i get the money.
