Seriously Need Help With The Lights!

Earlier I put in a question about alternative ways to clean the lights. As I live in Japan, my oven is too small. But after looking at my lights, isn't it possible to stanly knife the seal open, and when done, just reseal it with new seal? If so, what would be the best stuff to use? Please, any help will be appreciated.. They are a browny color at the momment, and need serious attention...

a knife wont work because the light fits into a lip and the knife cant get inside the lip to cut it.only way is to heat it up.beleave me i know.if there was another way i would tell you but theres not..
