It shoud be just in front of the fuse box. That is the device that controls the "dimness" of the DRL's. Then find the wire and plug that goes into that black box. There is only one. Press in the side of that plug and pull it apart and the DRL's should go out. You probably should then tie up that plug and also put tape over both the plug and socket openings so it doesn't get moisture inside. That should do it. Or if you want brighter DRL's, you can put a jumper in the female plug after you pull it from the resistor box, but the lights will still be yellowish.
