jzz30
the supra turbo doesnt just fit on. the bolt pattern on the head is different.
sc300targatop
the best think to do is the to get the 1jzgtte it's got 280hp. twin turbo, and bunch of potential and if it's jap you get it with like 30-40k. Let me know I can get you a good deal on it. 623-203-5428 Double Image Motorsports I got a Sc300 with targa top, lambo doors, 5spd, and that's what i did with mine, it's the least inexpensive and best power. It's the Soarer engine.
AWJ
Really!?!? wbb1772, do yourself a favor and type turbo in our search feature. You will find all you need to make an intelligent decision. Good luck.
bean_8044
One acronym: N/A-T One of the SC300s on Club Lexus are around 600hp with a turbo kit and a headgasket.
don_juan_miami
you could go with a soarer engine, or just get any decent bolt on turbo. If you have the supra turbo already, change the head on your 2jz to a supra TT Top end. As far as the tranny goes. you will need some rear end parts from a supra, and a little welding but its not too hard of a job. The Getrag (supra) tranny is a much better tranny than the stock 5sp, that can only handle a max of about 350 hp anyway.
