ronsadvice
I upgraded my 90 LS to 17" take-offs from a 2004 LS and they not only look SHARP but ride very nicely. One warning, however, you will have to Modify the "housing" as the 17" tires will rub on sharp turns! Otherwise good luck to you - I just did the same and am super happy! Wilfred
Do you have any pics? I would love to see Are they rubbing because of the aftermarket offset? I've been to some shops and they said its really hard to find aftermarket wheels of the same offset.
SW03ES
I doubt they're rubbing because of the offset, probably just because they're wider. I think the offset on the LS is the same as it was in 1990. 17 inch wheels were REALLY big in 90, like say 22s are today. Carmakers just didnt design wheel wells to take them. SW03ES
No, several cars come with 20s from the factory now.
