Lexusfreak
Hello,I have 97 ES 300. Between 97 Camry and ES 300 Brake pads, is any differance? I think they are same. I want to make sure. Please help me. Thanks, ← Not 100% sure myself......why not call both a couple Lexus & Toyota dealers & get the exact part numbers for each to varify.....failing that, why not try TRD (Toyota Racing Development) brake pads? They will give better performance from what I have heard. B)

chadmg7
Would TRD brakes reduce the sqeaking noise that ceramics and metallics seem to produce? From what I know, ceramics have a shorter life and burn at a higher temperature. Not sure if I am right. If I am wrong, please correct me. Metallics create a lot of brake dust, as I had them for front brakes for a while. They also seemed to squeak. I have yet to find a brake replacement that does not squeal horribly when it is damp out and squeal mildly on a daily basis.
