Hi everyone,

Thank you all for years of pointers in fixing my car.  I bought it new and have done all maintenance using this forum when I've been stumped.  And boy I'm stumped this time.

I replaced the digitizer no problem, but Sirius/XM isn't a recognized input any longer.  I have looked at many videos and don't see anything I've done wrong.  I checked all wires in each connector.  I had Sirius resend the signal twice but still no input available.

Any advice is greatly appreciated and thanks, Vance

Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check the Connections: Double-check all the wiring connections to ensure everything is properly connected. Sometimes, a loose connection can cause issues.

  2. Reset the System: Try resetting the audio system by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it. This can sometimes help reset the system and recognize the Sirius/XM input.

  3. Update the Software: Ensure that your audio system's software is up to date. Sometimes, software updates can resolve compatibility issues.

  4. Contact Sirius/XM Support: Since you've already had Sirius/XM resend the signal, it might be worth contacting their support team again to see if they have any additional troubleshooting steps or updates for your system.

  5. Consult a Professional: If the above steps don't work, it might be best to consult a professional technician who specializes in Lexus audio systems. They can diagnose the issue and ensure everything is properly configured.
