JonnyLR Posted July 17 Posted July 17 Car has 47,960 miles on it. Factory rotors and pads. Wife had a deer run out it front of her and had to lock it up at 55 mph. Good thing it wasn’t too far from house. Car had a rubbing sound. Drove to our tire guy and had new rotors and pads at the ready as the thought it was warped. Rotor completely broke in two. Tire guy said he’d never seen a rotor do that before.
RX400h Posted July 18 Posted July 18 I've never seen that, either. I'd venture to say that is a very rare occurrence.
