Cracked Dash Warranty?

I need to do something about my dash that’s cracked across the whole front. Why hasn’t Lexus issued Recalls for these cracked dashes considering it’s been an ongoing issue with RX Series for many years reading all the stories?

My 2009 RX350 was purchased used with 28,000 miles with no cracks and parked in a garage when not in transit since that day, so please no remarks that the Sun was the culprit.

There was a recall notice sent to original owners approximately 10-14 years ago. I believe this notice stated that the cutoff for free replacement was at the 10-year mark. The original owner of your RX may have missed or ignored the notice. That would mean that the offer of free replacement expired after 2019 or so.
Ours was replaced, back then and has never had any softening or cracking issues, since.
