ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO

My Lexus RX 400h has been at the Lexus dealership for 2 months Stalled on the freeway . Lexus said that there was water in the vehicle and the wires shorted the control block . Replace the electrical block and added 20hrs of labor & bill is currently at $2200.00. They took it out for a test drive and after 3 miles it stalled again. Now there telling me that they dont know what is wrong with my car. SERIOUSLY!!!!! Your the experts with all the high tech equipment an tools and you technicians cant figure it out.

So this is where I need advice from anyone out there who can help me make a decision on what exactly should I do..

Reject the repairs and tow the car to my house to try and figure it out.  Or get legal counsel from a consumers affairs lawyer to intervene.

Because actually they didnt fix the vehicle completely , So I feel like I shouldnt pay anything to Lexus for mis dignosing and incomplete work..

Whats the best solution guys..

Please Help!!

Tough one!  as the repairs were ineffective then I cannot see how they can charge you to rectify a fault that basically wasn't rectified

Its what they call the diagnostic dartboard and enough enough darts are thrown then maybe the fault it identified and sorted

Good luck with it all

This.

Be prepared to Invoke the Lemon Laws in your state...and (nicely) advise the dealer of your intent. Perhaps they will get some help from Lexus Corporate, too.
