I had the same problem. You will have to remove the plastic covers behind the steering wheel, there is a plastic wheel, the teeth on that wheel are probably stripped or worn out. In my case, I had to adjust the wheel a little and my problem was solved.

Hey man I just fixed my stuck steering wheel too...all I used was the cap from my water jug.I just trimmed it a little and used it like a washer.Now it works fine.
